Building and project management: 
Ventoux has created a formula for building authentic Old World Tuscan and Country French homes that are tailored to the individual clients needs. Because a significant amount of the homes previously built by Ventoux were on a spec basis, we are so ingrained in the philosophy of building the highest quality of homes, in the quickest amount of time, and in the most cost effective manner – which equates to significant cost savings to our clients. Ventoux has the material sources and artesian that will create and produce high quality products for a reasonable price.
Architecture and Design: Ventoux can design and articulate your plans, obtain the necessary permits and coordinate with the needed consultants to expeditiously obtain the necessary approvals and building permits. If you have already selected an architect, we can coordinate and assist them with the process.
Sourcing Materials: We will handle the entire process of sourcing the materials. We have spent countless hours searching for the best sources from the US, Europe, and many other countries and have a stable of reputable vendors that can bring materials such as: Antique Dalle Bourgogne, Parafiulle pavers, Salinas pavers, reclaimed fireplace mantels and fountains, French tile, antique brick, Italian limestone, hand crafted iron work for lights and balustrades and many other world class materials.
Landscaping and Design: Ventoux will design and install landscaping to achieve the client s desire - our favorite is an Old World theme using 100 year old olive trees trimmed with stacked rock bases, Mediterranean fan palms, rock roses, rosemary, exotic flax and many other suitable species of plants.
Smart House Design: We can design and install state of the art smart house systems including lighting systems and house automation that can be web based controlled and controlled remotely. Automation such as: different lighting scenes that can be saved, window shades that are designed to automatically go up or down at a certain time of the day, irrigation controls, pool, spa (start heating your spa prior to returning home), landscaping lights, garage doors, entry gates and much more that can be automated. In addition we can install phone systems, house alarms, computer networking and automation for all the audio and video electronics to be controlled by a touch screen for easy operation.
